Disability payment dates, 2026

CPP Disability

CPP Disability is paid once a month, on the same day as CPP retirement pensions, CPP survivor and children's benefits, and Old Age Security.

If you didn't choose direct deposit, the cheque is mailed during the last 3 business days of the month. Estimate your CPP Disability amount and back pay.

Canada Disability Benefit

The Canada Disability Benefit is paid on the third Thursday of each month. Your first payment comes the month after your application is approved.

From July 2026 the maximum is $204.20 a month. Estimate your amount.

ODSP (Ontario Disability Support Program)

ODSP pays on the last business day of each month. Ontario says December payments may come earlier in the month, and it hasn't confirmed the December 2026 date yet.

AISH (Alberta)

AISH is paid 4 business days before the first of the month, and each payment is for the month that follows. The same dates apply to the Alberta Disability Assistance Program and Income Support.

BC disability assistance (PWD)

BC pays income and disability assistance once a month, for the month that follows. BC has already published its 2027 dates, so they're included.
