WiseBenefits provides general information about Canadian disability benefits and tax credits. It is not legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and it is not a government website. Using it does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

Our tools give estimates based on published rules and the information you enter. The Canada Revenue Agency, Service Canada and the Social Security Tribunal make the actual decisions. Always check important details with them.

What we don't do

We do not prepare, review, complete or submit disability tax credit requests or any other application, and we do not represent anyone before a government agency or tribunal. We do not charge fees based on refunds or benefits.

Accuracy

We check our content against official sources and date every page, but rules and amounts change and we can make mistakes. We don't guarantee that the information is complete, current or error-free.

Limitation of liability
